I've been seeing Pablo for about three years now. The pain is long gone, but I keep coming back because the adjustments make a huge difference. After hours at a desk, they’re essential for my back health. Recently, I started seeing María Cristina, and I’m very happy with the progress we’re making. I met Maria in 2016 when I was suffering from an eating disorder for about 10 years and already tried 4 other therapists and nothing ever worked. Only after a couple of sessions I was already in a better place. I always heard that you can never heal from an eating disorder. But I had no relaps in 8 years. Maria also supported me through postnatal depression in 2021 and emotional trauma in 2023. Her knowledge is beyond and the way she works is supportive, understanding and really working through things instead of just trying to forget and move on, like many other therapists do. I highly recommend Maria as a therapist. ✨✨✨✨✨
