I have TMJ and first came in with horrible headaches every day. I have been working with Kephra the past 5 years or so and honestly it changed my life. No more headaches (maybe one every couple months), way less jaw pain, and my face is more symmetrical. I’ve tried pretty much everything and this was the only thing I found that worked for me. Specifically Kephra as he is trained in craneal sacral therapy. 10/10 life changing recommendation for me.

An amazing Cranial/Chiropractor genius. 7 years of intermittent periods of me not being able to sleep lying flat without resulting in a build up of pressure in my head. All started after a bad experience from a Bali massage. In the first session Dr Kephra pinpointed the cranial problem, and other related areas that were creating a twisted misalignment of my whole body stemming from that. That night I slept like a baby. 3 more sessions, manipulating, testing results and positive advice on some exercises to keep my body aligned and I just floated out of the clinic.

On my recent trip to Barcelona I was experiencing back pain and foot cramps the day before my flight out. I found this place, walked in and got scheduled for a same day appointment. My back pain was eased and I have had only 2 minor foot cramps in the last 4 days. I also had a much more comfortable flight back to the states. You are much appreciated and I will remember you on future visits to Barcelona. Thank you !

While visiting our son in Barcelona- my back went out with a lot of lower back spasms. Pura Vida got me an appointment immediately and even had me follow up a few hours later. Dr. Froehlich was very patient and worked on my back and body slowly to get be to walk again and minimize my spasms. He was gentle and helped align my hips and back. As well as, I learned a few new things. Thank you again!!

I was traveling and my back flared up. Puravida Quiropractic accommodated an emergency appointment for me. The reception desk was well staffed and very.efficient. The entire facility was spotless and very welcoming. The doctor was exceptional. His technique was different from what I was used to; I actually liked his technique more than my hometown chiropractor. His technique was less manipulation and more guiding my body to adjust naturally. It was very effective and helped relieve my discomfort. I highly recommend this chiropractor and practice.
